Move your direct deposits to your new checking account. Most companies will allow you to use this form to make the change.

This is the official government form that will instruct Social Security or other Federal Government Agencies to change your benefit check or direct deposit to your Cabarrus Bank & Trust account.

2. Automated Payments - Change Request Form
Redirect your payments to your new checking account. Most companies will allow you to use this form to make the change. Should you need help, your Cabarrus Bank & Trust representative can assist you.

3. Online Banking and Bill Payment - Enrollment Information
To enroll in Online Banking, go to www.CabarrusBankandTrust.com/OnlineBanking, click “Activate My Account,” and follow the instructions for enrollment. You will need your Cabarrus Bank & Trust checking account number and social security number.

4. Account Balance - Personal Worksheet
Balance your old checking account. This Account Balance Worksheet will help you know what is available in your old checking account for deposit into your new Cabarrus Bank & Trust account.

5. Account Closing - Authorization Letter
Close your old checking account. You can use this letter to notify your previous financial institution that you are closing an account and having funds directed to your new Cabarrus Bank & Trust account.
