Online Bill Payment is a service that adds additional
functionality to your existing Online Banking experience.
If you do not yet have an Online Banking account, please activate
Online Banking first and then return to this page for
more details about activating Online Bill Payment.

(1) To activate Bill Payment, please Sign
In to your existing "Online Banking" account.
(2) At the top of
the page locate the "Payment
Manager" tab.
(3) An
application form
should display. Complete
the application to
activate Bill Payment.
